In the heart of the plateau halfway between the Mont-Royal and Sherbrooke metro stations, the Exterieur Jour team opened Studio Deli, a place with a unique and inspiring design. Exterieur Jour saw the potential in these former headquarters of the Lester family, where smoked meat, coleslaws, and karnatzel were prepared; the company transformed the old cold rooms to open a coworking space for videographers, designers, and cultural entrepreneurs.
